As reported, Marcus Jordan, 34, was arrested on February 4 after allegedly driving his Lamborghini SUV while intoxicated. Body cam footage reportedly shows him resisting arrest and refusing a breathalyzer test. Authorities said while in custody he demanded that they “Play some Mariah Carey up in this b***h.”

He faces charges of DUI with property damage, possession of cocaine, and resisting an officer without violence. Marcus was later released on a $4,000 bond that same morning.
