Kanye West Sued For Wrongful Termination, Accused Of Calling Plaintiff ‘Ugly’ & Texting Staff ‘I Am A Nazi’

Kanye West is facing yet another lawsuit—this time from a former marketing employee, who is Jewish, claiming she was fired after enduring antisemitic and misogynistic abuse from the rapper.

The lawsuit, filed in L.A. Superior Court, alleges that Kanye repeatedly targeted Jewish employees with offensive remarks, including saying, “Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler” and referring to himself as a “Nazi” in one of the messages.

The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, says she was hired in December 2023. She reportedly advised Kanye to distance himself from Nazi rhetoric amid controversy surrounding his album Vultures Vol. 1 and his past accusations of antisemitism. In response, Kanye allegedly sent a message saying, “I Am A Nazi.”

The suit claims Kanye engaged in a disturbing pattern of harassment between January and June 2024. Doe states she was fired in March, only to be rehired at double her salary.

In June, months after her rehire, Doe claims Kanye went on an unhinged tirade about payroll in a group chat, berating her, calling her “ugly” and “stupid,” and daring her to take legal action, writing:

“Come destroy me b**ch”

Allegedly, he subsequently texted her “Hail Hitler.” Doe says she was fired the next day.

Kanye’s latest controversy follows the deactivation of his X (formerly Twitter) account after he posted similar antisemitic remarks. His recent Super Bowl ad appearance also sparked backlash after the website it promoted was found selling swastika T-shirts.

Doe is suing Kanye for gender and religious discrimination, wrongful termination, and workplace abuse. Her attorney, Carney Shegerian, issued a statement condemning Kanye’s actions, saying:

“Ye waged a relentless and deliberate campaign of antisemitism and misogyny against my client… His appalling treatment of women and fixation on Nazism, evident in abusive texts where he repeatedly calls himself Hitler, expose his motives. We need to stop excusing Ye’s behavior….Ye dared my client to sue, and we will see him in court.”
