Diddy Hit w/Another Lawsuit, Woman Claims She Was Held Captive In 1999 & S*xually Ass@ulted For Hours

Another lawsuit has been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that he drugged and ass*ulted a woman for hours after meeting her at a 1999 VIP party in NYC.

According to the lawsuit—filed anonymously—the woman claims Diddy gave her a drink at the event, which left her feeling “extreme drowsiness” and barely able to stand. She allegedly told him she needed to leave, but Diddy suggested she stay at his home, assuring her that nothing inappropriate would happen. She also claims she told him she was married and uninterested in anything sexual or romantic.

Once at his residence, she says she got into bed fully clothed, but he allegedly became “aggressive with unwanted physical advances” and continued for four hours. The lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, accuses Diddy of groping her and penetrating her with his fingers despite her repeated attempts to fight him off.

When the effects of the alleged drugs wore off, she says she demanded a cab and left. She is now suing Diddy and his companies for physical and psychological damages.

Diddy’s legal team denies the allegations, stating:

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

News of the complaint comes just a day after Diddy was named in a separate ass*ult lawsuit. In that case, a woman claims she met the mogul in 2016 and was forced to drink before he allegedly penetrated her with his fingers in front of his laughing entourage while stating:

“B**h, I do what I want. Take that s**.”
