During his “Club Shay Shay” appearance, Bobby Brown revealed that Janet Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, didn’t want her dating him due to his “bad boy” reputation.

While Bobby Brown maintains they had a relationship, sources told theJasmineBRAND in 2018 that he has long “exaggerated” his connection with Janet Jackson, claiming it was never a real romance.

Regardless of the past, Bobby Brown says he still holds nothing but positive energy toward Jackson.
