Jay-Z’s R*pe Accuser Seeks To Dismiss His Defamation Lawsuit For Good
The woman who accused Jay-Z and Diddy of r*ping her at age 13 is now asking the court to toss Jay-Z’s defamation suit against her. After dropping her r*pe suit, Jay-Z hit back with a defamation case in Alabama, where she lives. Now, she’s requesting the case be dismissed “with prejudice,” meaning it can’t be refiled.
Her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, previously made a similar request, alleging a deal with Jay-Z was made and broken—something Jay’s team called “bogus.” The woman echoes that claim in her latest motion.
