Jay-Z’s R*pe Accuser Seeks To Dismiss His Defamation Lawsuit For Good
The woman who accused Jay-Z and Diddy of r*ping her at age 13 is now asking the court to toss Jay-Z’s defamation suit against her. In new filings obtained by TMZ, she argues the rapper can’t sue her because her claims were made in court documents, which she says are legally protected. She also insists her NBC interview was based on those same filings.

After dropping her r*pe suit, Jay-Z hit back with a defamation case in Alabama, where she lives. Now, she’s requesting the case be dismissed “with prejudice,” meaning it can’t be refiled.
Her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, previously made a similar request, alleging a deal with Jay-Z was made and broken—something Jay’s team called “bogus.” The woman echoes that claim in her latest motion.
