D.L. Hughley Calls Out NFL Star Saquon Barkley For Being ‘Indifferent’ On Black Issues After Athlete’s Golf Outing w/ Trump

Comedian D.L. Hughley called out Saquon Barkley for going to the White House after the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl win. He even made a reference to the All-Pro running back’s fiancée, Anna Congdon. 

“They seem to be indifferent about what is happening to Black people,” D.L. Hughley said.

“Those kind of men and women show up for these events. I’m not shocked he dated a white girl who threw a slur around. He looks like the kind of guy who would do it. The kind of guy who would do that wouldn’t care about Black people.”

His comments come after tweets from Saquon Barkley that date back to 2020 resurfaced, where the NFL player called for the end of racism.
