Kim Kardashian Testifies About Being Held At Gunpoint During 2016 Paris Jewelry Heist: ‘I Absolutely Did Think I Was Gonna Die’

Kim Kardashian is speaking out about the 2016 Paris jewelry heist that left her fearing for her life.

On Tuesday (May 13), she took the stand in the trial of the suspects involved in the robbery that left her tied up and held at gunpoint in her Paris hotel room.

Kim recalled the moment the masked robbers burst into her room while she was only wearing a robe, saying,

“I absolutely did think I was gonna d*e … I was sure that I was going to be raped.”

The reality star explained how she pleaded with the robbers, telling them, “I have babies and I need to get home to my babies,” while they stole millions of dollars’ worth of jewelry. She was then thrown onto the bed with her hands and feet restrained, convinced she was about to be $hot.

Although Kim once felt safe in Paris, she says she now travels with four to six bodyguards at all times, even when she’s at home in the States.

Ten suspects, including Yunice Abbas, who co-authored the book I Kidnapped Kim Kardashian, are on trial for their roles in the heist. The stolen jewelry, valued at nearly $9 million, was never fully recovered.
