Diddy’s Defense Questions Cassie About Texts From Their Early Relationship: ‘I Love You, I’ll Fly Anywhere For You’
Cassie returned to the witness stand Thursday (May 15) for Diddy’s federal sex trafficking trial, this time facing cross-examination from the defense.
Diddy’s attorney Anna Estevao asked Cassie to read a past message she sent to him out loud in court:
“I love you, smiley face, I’ll fly anywhere for you, I love you, Cass.”
Another read,
“I’m a very lucky woman, I miss you so much.”

The defense seems to be arguing their relationship was consensual, with Cassie describing the early part as “loving” and admitting she’d been in love with Diddy for over a decade. However, when asked why she kept returning over 11 years, she said,
“I wouldn’t say ‘coming back.’”
