Ex-Danity Kane Singer Dawn Richard Testifies That Diddy P*nched Cassie In Front Of Usher & Other Celebs
Dawn Richard, former Danity Kane member and the fourth witness in Diddy’s ongoing trial, testified that she saw Diddy physically ass*ult his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, in front of celebrities including Usher.
Taking the stand on May 16 and again on May 19, Dawn Richard claimed the 2010 incident occurred in a private restaurant room.
“She immediately bent over, he told her to leave,” Dawn Richard recalled. “No one intervened.” Usher, Ne-Yo, Jimmy Iovine, and other unnamed celebrities were allegedly present.
Richard previously recounted this story during her 2024 lawsuit against Diddy.
After the group left, Richard rode with the couple. When Cassie said Diddy had embarrassed her, Richard testified, “He grabbed her by the neck and popped her, sl*pped her in the mouth.” She added Diddy told Cassie: “Shut the f**k up… He would tell her he owned her.”
Richard also alleged Diddy ass*ulted Cassie with a skillet full of eggs in 2009 and later threatened her: “He said you could go missing, that we could d*e.”
