Kid Cudi To Testify In Diddy Trial After Cassie Alleges Mogul Blew Up His Car
Kid Cudi is expected to deliver key testimony this week in Diddy’s federal trial on charges of trafficking and racketeering.
His name entered the case after Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, alleged the music mogul once blew up Kid Cudi’s car out of jealousy over their brief relationship in 2011.
Cassie told the court that Diddy became enraged after learning about her and Kid Cudi, allegedly saying he wanted Cudi’s friends to witness the explosion. Just months later, in 2012, Cudi’s car mysteriously exploded in his driveway. A spokesperson for Cudi confirmed in 2023, “This is all true.”
Cassie’s testimony is at the heart of the trial, describing years of control, coercion, and physical ab*se. Other witnesses, including singer Dawn Richard and Cassie’s former best friend Kerry Morgan, have echoed those claims.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges, maintaining that the accusations are false.
What do you think Cudi is about to give on the stand?
