Former ‘RHOA’ Star Peter Thomas Seemingly Turns Himself In Following Tax Fraud Conviction: ‘This Is A New Chapter In My Life’
Peter Thomas has a word.
The former RHOA husband shared a photo of a Federal Bureau of Prisons sign on Instagram and reflected on his legal troubles:
“All my people told me not to post this, that I am crazy if I do. I am not CRAZY, just real as f*ck.”
Peter used the moment to warn other entrepreneurs:
“The first thing I must say to all new business owner, please pay that withholding tax, you do not want to be in the position that I am right now, THE LAW IS THE LAW.”

He said he’s focused on moving forward:
“This is a NEW chapter in my life, it’s call accountability & responsibility, my road to redemption.”
Peter also reposted farewell messages from friends who said they’ll miss him on his IG Stories. As previously reported, he was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for failing to pay over $2.5 million in employment taxes.
