Kelly Clarkson’s Talk Show Staffers ‘Not Feeling Stable’ Amid Exit Rumors: ‘She Could Bolt At Any Time’
The vibes on set at The Kelly Clarkson Show are tense.
A producer on the show told the Daily Mail:
“Not feeling too stable. She could bolt at any time. Where does that leave me?”
While the insider insisted that “everyone loves Kelly Clarkson” and called her “a wonderful person,” they admitted they’d “understand” if she chose to leave because she’s “unhappy.”

The producer even floated the idea of a possible replacement, suggesting former Today host Hoda Kotb might be a better fit:
“Maybe Hoda would be a better boss. I know she’s universally beloved and respected by her former coworkers. She sure would be a lot more stable than what we’ve been going through.”
If you recall, a few months back, Kelly was absent from her show for over two weeks with no explanation. By May, rumors circulated that she could be leaving the show soon, with executives reportedly scouting and creating a shortlist of replacements.
