Fivio Foreign Pleads Guilty To Terroristic Thre@ts After New Year’s Day Arest, Hopes To Be Released Soon w/ Probation Deal
Rapper Fivio Foreign has taken a step toward possible release after pleading guilty to a third-degree charge of making terroristic thr*ats, according to the New Jersey PIO. The “City of Gods” artist has been incarcerated since January following an arrest on New Year’s Day, when a woman alleged he pulled a g*n on her after she asked for a car jump.
Initially facing four charges—including unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated ass*ult—Fivio Foreign’s legal counsel, Adam Lustberg confirmed that those additional counts are expected to be dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Lustberg expressed hope that the court will consider Fivio Foreign’s time already served and opt for probation when sentencing occurs in August.
“We’re optimistic,” he said, suggesting that the rapper’s extended detainment may factor into a more lenient outcome.
