Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Ariana Biermann Avoids Jail Time In DUI Case, Gets 24 Months Probation & Community Service
Ariana Biermann has been sentenced in her DUI case.
The daughter of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann was recently sentenced to 24 months of probation and 40 hours of community service as part of a plea deal.
Her probation comes with strict conditions, including no drugs or alcohol and avoiding anyone who possesses illegal substances. The court noted she could finish early, but not before completing at least 12 months.

If you recall, the incident happened in Forsyth County, Georgia back in 2022, when Ariana, now 23, crashed into another car. She told police she hadn’t been drinking, but officers said she had a “noticeable sway” during her field sobriety test.
She was booked on multiple misdemeanors, including DUI, underage alcohol possession, and improper lane change.
