Lil Wayne Fans Question Why He’s Skipping Louisiana In ‘Tha Carter VI’ Tour: ‘What’s Really Going On?’

Lil Wayne fans are not pleased with his upcoming tour!

The rapper doesn’t appear to be performing in his hometown of New Orleans or anywhere in Louisiana for that matter during the “Tha Carter VI” Tour.

Some place the blame directly on Wayne, while others wonder if New Orleans is to blame.
