Shamea Morton’s girls trip in Grenada took an emotional turn during the latest episode of RHOA.

While enjoying time with the ladies, she got a phone call with news that her youngest daughter, Shiloh, was sick. Shamea immediately got emotional and said she felt guilty for being away while her daughter wasn’t well.

The rest of the cast didn’t hesitate to rally around her in a moment of sisterhood.
