Southwest Airlines Flight Erupts In Chaos After Passenger Assaults A Woman, Pulling Her Hair & Spitting On Her Repeatedly

A belligerent passenger on a recent Southwest Airlines flight from NYC’s LaGuardia Airport to Kansas City is going viral for all the wrong reasons.

Video footage captured the chaotic moment a woman attacked another passenger, aggressively pulling her hair and refusing to let go, despite the best efforts of flight attendants and fellow passengers trying to intervene.

The attacker denied grabbing the woman’s hair and began spewing insults about her looks and weight, even yelling slurs at bystanders who tried to de-escalate the situation. After finally releasing the woman’s hair, the attacker spat repeatedly on the victim before being physically restrained. Shockingly, the victim maintained her composure and never retaliated.

Later footage showed the woman kicking and screaming as she was wrestled to the floor and eventually removed from the plane by police, strapped to a stretcher.

According to reports, around 1:10 AM on Tuesday (June 17), Port Authority Police responded to a call about an intoxicated passenger at LaGuardia’s Terminal B. 32-year-old Leanna Perry, a New York resident, was reportedly arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Whew. How would you have handled that situation?
