Ray J Makes Emergency Call To Life Coach Dr. Bryant For Apparent ‘Suicidal Ideations’ + She Shuts Down His IG Video

Ray J is having a mental health scare.

In an Instagram video, Ray J is seen meeting with life coach Dr. Bryant for a session. His caption reads,

“I called the Doc @_drbryant. She said, ‘I’m in a crisis having su!c!dal ideations.’ I don’t know what that means, so now we’re having a session.”

In the clip, Ray J begins explaining that he’s about to talk to Dr. Bryant about some of the things he’s going through. Dr. Bryant then steps into frame, tells him to stop recording, and asks him to put down the bottle of liquor he’s holding. The video soon cuts off.
