Diddy Trial — Alternate Juror Says Verdict Was Fair, Claims Evidence Didn’t Show Force Of $ex Trafficking

An alternate juror in Diddy’s federal trial is speaking out following the music mogul’s partial conviction. Though he didn’t vote, the juror says he “understood the final verdict.”

“I probably would have reached the same conclusion,” he told CNN, noting he took “350 pages worth of notes.” He added, “We weren’t told who was an alternate until literally the last second.”

Reflecting on the “graphic images and videos” shown, he said, “They were very graphic… freak-offs and the hotel nights, as they were called. From one side, it was definitely riveting and eye-opening.”

He emphasized that while there was “s*xual activity,” it “didn’t seem forced… pretty tame. A lot of rubbing oil and stuff… nothing too graphic.”

Regarding the infamous 2016 video of Diddy dragging Cassie, he called it “a very bad video,” but added, “He wasn’t charged with domestic violence.”

Diddy was convicted of two counts of pro$titution-related transport but acquitted of trafficking and racketeering.

Do you agree with the juror?
