Diddy’s Lawyers Deny ‘Heinous’ & ‘False’ Claims After Mogul Is Sued For Allegedly Masturbating In Biggie’s Shirt & Throwing It On A Man
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorneys are firing back at what they call “uncorroborated” allegations stemming from a newly filed lawsuit.
The mogul’s legal team released a statement following the suit filed on Monday (July 7), stating:
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges prove what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.”
They continued:
“That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”

As reported, a man identified as John Doe in the lawsuit claims Diddy invited him to a private listening party in 2000 for unreleased music by Notorious B.I.G. He alleges they eventually moved to a warehouse, where Biggie’s clothes were in storage. There, he says Diddy pressured him and others into taking drugs. After guests began hallucinating, the man says he was left alone with the mogul.
According to the suit, Diddy allegedly ejaculated into one of Biggie’s shirts and threw it on the man, laughing and saying, “RIP Biggie,” before leaving the room. The plaintiff claims the semen splashed on his lap and arm, and that Diddy then exposed himself and told him to “suck it.”
The man is reportedly suing Diddy for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other claims.
