OMG Girlz Announce First-Ever Headlining Tour Following Legal Win Over Doll Brand
OMG Girlz are heading out on their first-ever headlining tour.
The group, made up of Zonnique Pullins, Bahja Rodriguez, and Breaunna Womack, just announced The Name Stays Tour, a nod to their legal battle with MGA Entertainment over their likeness.
If you recall, the OMG Girlz, along with T.I. and Tiny Harris, sued MGA Entertainment, the makers of the L.O.L. Surprise! O.M.G. dolls, for copyright infringement, and won. Speaking on T.I. and Tiny’s support throughout the lawsuit and beyond, the trio told Rolling Stone, “We are so grateful to Tip and Tiny for helping us keep this dream alive, and for all of the love and resources they have and continue to pour into our creative endeavors.”

Amid the legal drama, the group was on a years-long hiatus. Reflecting on this time, they added, “The OMG Girlz never stopped being ‘OMG.’ We have always been sisters and have relished every opportunity to work together. We shifted gears for a bit to focus on our personal lives, including motherhood and exploring our creativity as individual artists. But we always planned on making music together again.”
Now, the girls are back with new music and a mini tour kicking off August 30, with stops in ATL, Dallas, NYC, and DC. Tickets are on sale now.
