A Russian influencer named Mariana Barutkina is reminding everyone to be cautious while participating in viral trends.

The 32-year-old recently spoke out after injuring herself while attempting the viral “High School” challenge inspired by Nicki Minaj, which has been done by celebs like Ciara and Lupita Nyong’o.

In a video gone wrong, Mariana tried to balance herself in stilettos on a kitchen counter, using a saucepan and a canister of baby formula as props. But things quickly took a turn when she slipped and fell, later revealing she suffered a T9 compression fracture in her back, just weeks after giving birth.
