The songstress shared some advice for ladies who may be hesitant about entering a relationship with someone who already has children. According to Mariah, there are unexpected benefits, namely, the opportunity to observe parenting and co-parenting dynamics in real time.

Mariah, 27, has been dating Young Thug (real name Jeffrey Williams), 33, since 2021. The rapper shares six children with four different women. Reflecting on the new perspective she’s gained since their romance began, Mariah said: “Dating somebody with kids has taught me more about a family unit than anything I could have ever imagined.”
