Male Accuser’s Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Diddy Dismissed, Judge Cites Statute Of Limitations
A s*xual a$$ault civil lawsuit against #Diddy has been dismissed.
The case, filed by a John Doe who alleged he was dr*gged and a$$aulted at an after-party in 2015, was thrown out by a California judge because the statute of limitations had passed.
Judge Leslie Stroth said, “Because the action is untimely under both New York and California law, it must be dismissed as to all defendants.”

After the ruling, the plaintiff’s attorney Tony Buzbee told Billboard, “I wouldn’t call this a victory for Mr. Combs, at all. We won’t allow Mr. Combs to escape a trial on the merits due to a technicality.”
If you recall, the plaintiff claimed he was given a drink at the party, became woozy, and later woke to see Diddy and others engaged in s*xual activity. He alleged Diddy forced unwanted s*xual contact and thre@tened his singing career if he resisted.
