Attorneys Seek to Withdraw From Shocking Lawsuit Claiming Diddy, Odell Beckham Jr. & Druski Were Part of Sex-Trafficking Scheme
The attorneys representing the woman suing Sean “Diddy” Combs, Odell Beckham Jr., and comedian Druski are now asking to withdraw from the case entirely, citing a total breakdown in communication with their client.
According to the new motion filed in federal court in the Northern District of California, both lawyers said “irreconcilable differences” have made continued representation “unreasonably difficult.” They’re requesting permission to be relieved of all duties in the matter, saying the working relationship has “completely deteriorated.”
The case, originally filed in early 2024, accuses the defendants of a series of shocking acts — including alleged sex trafficking, drugging, and sexual assault. In her complaint, the unnamed plaintiff claims she was transported across state lines, supplied with drugs, and assaulted during parties tied to Diddy’s alleged network of associates. The filing also names Beckham and Druski as participants or witnesses in related alleged misconduct.
All defendants have denied wrongdoing, calling the lawsuit “false and defamatory.”
Now, with both of her attorneys moving to exit the case, it’s unclear whether the plaintiff will secure new representation or continue on her own. Legal experts note that if the court approves the withdrawal, the case could be delayed or even dismissed if she fails to obtain counsel.
The motion marks another twist in a case already drawing intense attention for its explosive celebrity connections and disturbing accusations.
