Michael Jordan’s Son Marcus Jordan Celebrates 6 Months of Sobriety After DUI Arrest
Marcus Jordan, son of basketball legend Michael Jordan, recently marked a major personal milestone: six months of sobriety following his February DUI arrest.
He shared the news on social media.
The DUI incident stemmed from a scene in Florida where Marcus’s Lamborghini SUV was reportedly found stuck on railroad tracks, and law enforcement said they discovered a baggie of ketamine in his possession. During the arrest, video reportedly showed him invoking his father’s fame in conversations with officers.
To resolve the legal matter, Marcus allegedly agreed to write a 250-word apology to the arresting officer.
Marcus was previously in the public eye for his relationship with reality star Larsa Pippen. He is one of three children Michael shares with his ex-wife Juanita Vanoy; Michael also has twin daughters with his current wife, Yvette Prieto.
