Michael Jackson’s Daughter Paris Has Received $65 Million From His Estate, New Court Docs Claim
The executors of #MichaelJackson’s estate are spilling the tea on how much the King of Pop’s daughter has allegedly received.
According to recent court filings, #ParisJackson, 27, has received approximately $65 million in benefits from her father’s estate. Executors John Branca and John McClain highlighted this figure in response to Paris’ allegations of financial mismanagement, asserting that “few have benefited more from the Executors’ business judgment than Petitioner herself.” They further emphasize that Paris “would have never received that had the Executors followed a typical playbook for an estate like this one in July 2009.”

As reported, Paris raised concerns in a legal filing where she criticizes the executors for granting “so-called ‘premium payments’ for unrecorded attorney time,” labeling them as “lavish gratuities” for already well-compensated counsel. Her legal team argues that these actions reflect poorly on the executors’ ability to effectively supervise counsel and manage estate funds responsibly. #Michael’s three children, Prince, Bigi, and Paris, were named as the estate’s beneficiaries following his passing. ??
Adding to their defense, the executors also note in the court filing previous praise from a judge who said, “The Executors’ business judgment has taken an estate that ‘started out as nothing but debt and substantial ongoing obligations’ and ‘turned [it] into a $2 billion estate’ — an estate that is now ‘a powerhouse and a force in the music business today.’”
Chile…we’ll keep you posted on how this plays out in court.
