[UPDATE] Chrisean Rock To Make Boxing Debut Against Wrestler Zenith Zion
#ChriseanRock’s opponent for her boxing debut has been selected.
Wrestler and Slap-fighter prospect Zenith Zion will face off against Chrisean Rock on April 25. The three-round bout, promoted by XRumble Fighting Championships, is scheduled to take place at Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino in Chester, Pennsylvania, and will be streamed as a Pay-Per-View event on Triller TV. Zion, who once held the AWA Women’s Television Championship, earned the spot after an open call that drew 5,824 women hoping to battle Chrisean in the ring.
Zion didn’t hold back ahead of fight night, warning the reality star and rapper: “Be prepared, Chrisean, because I’m coming to kick your a**.” As reported, #Chrisean first shared her pivot into boxing around the holiday season, letting fans know the move wasn’t a “joke,” but something she was taking seriously. Since then, she’s inked a deal with XRumble’s boxing division and started training under coach Calvin Ford, who previously worked with Gervonta Davis.
