The rapper’s infamous luck with sports bets continued this weekend when he lost a $1 million wager he placed on the New England Patriots to win #SuperBowl 2026. The Canadian star posted a photo of the betting slip to Instagram before the game, daring followers with, “Bet against me if you dare,” and noting that a successful pick would’ve paid out nearly $2.95 million. However, as you likely know by now, the Seattle #Seahawks cruised to a 29–13 victory, leaving Drake empty-handed and prompting renewed chatter about the so-called “Drake Curse.”

While Drake has yet to speak on the outcome of the game, the comment section of the bet post is filled with disappointed #Patriots fans. One person wrote, “bro whyyyyyyyyy,” and another added, “D*mn, you the black cat.”
