[UPDATE] “RHOSLC” Star Mary Cosby Speaks Out Following The Passing Of Her 23-Year-Old Son, Robert Cosby Jr.

The #Bravo star has spoken out following the sudden passing of her son, Robert Cosby Jr. In a joint statement, Mary and her husband, Robert Sr., shared, “Our beloved son Robert Jr. has been called home to the Lord. Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in God’s promise and in knowing he is finally at peace. We are grateful for your prayers and trust in the Lord to carry us through this time of sorrow.”

As reported, Robert Jr. passed away Monday night (Feb. 23). While his official cause of death has not yet been confirmed, authorities were reportedly first dispatched in response to a possible overdose, which later became a death investigation upon arrival. Robert Jr.’s struggles with addiction, past legal issues, and fight to get better were partially documented on #RHOSLC, including an emotional scene where #MaryCosby revealed that he was the only thing that had ever truly made her happy.
