BRAVO Blasts ‘RHOA’ Star Brit Eady’s $20M Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Over Kenya Moore Incident — Says She’s “Rewriting History”
Bravo is pushing back hard against Brit Eady’s $20 million lawsuit, asking a judge to toss the case entirely while accusing the former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member of trying to “rewrite history.”
According to court filings, the network says Eady’s claims — which include allegations of sexual harassment and emotional distress — stem from a Season 16 filming incident involving Kenya Moore. During that moment, Moore allegedly displayed posters of explicit photos she claimed were of Eady, though the images were later determined not to be her.
Bravo insists Eady was not misled or victimized, arguing she knowingly signed up for a show built on “authentic, unscripted dialogue, conflict, drama, and confrontation.” The network also pointed to her contract, which warned that production “could involve stressful or emotionally challenging circumstances,” including “provocative conduct or speech from other cast members.”
In its response, Bravo didn’t hold back — calling the lawsuit “an attempt to rewrite history – and her own contractual commitments,” adding that Eady is now rejecting the very dynamics she agreed to when joining the long-running franchise.
The network also addressed the fallout from the incident, noting that Kenya Moore was suspended over the situation and ultimately not asked back. Meanwhile, Bravo says Eady herself was invited to return for Season 17 but declined.
As it stands, Bravo is asking the court to dismiss the lawsuit in full. The case remains ongoing.
