Legal troubles are continuing to mount for “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kelli Ferrell’s ex-husband, Mark Ferrell, following a new arrest in Georgia.

According to online records, Mark Ferrell was taken into custody Tuesday on a felony charge of theft by taking. Authorities say the alleged incident dates back to November, though additional details surrounding the case have not yet been released.

The arrest adds another layer to Ferrell’s ongoing legal battles, particularly his contentious history with Kelli. The former couple has been locked in a dispute over child support, with Ferrell previously jailed last year over an unpaid balance before later securing his release after making payment.

Kelli and Mark, who married in 2011, officially finalized their divorce in September 2024 after she filed in 2022.
