Looks like #DwightHoward is open to being around his ex, #AmyLuciani, after all.

As previously reported, Amy, real name Amber Rose Howard, was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Dwight, his #Georgia home, and two of his children. She was also barred from contacting him in any form, including social media. In court filings, Dwight alleged Amy “threatened to punch” him in the throat and also “threatened to k!ll whoever was in the car” with him during a recent incident. He further checked a box in the restraining order paperwork claiming Amy threatened him with “a knife, gun or other de@dly weapon.” However, it appears Dwight wants to move past the alleged threats, as he has now dropped the restraining order. His attorney told TMZ that doing so was a necessary step toward an amicable split.

The lawyer also noted that Dwight is asking for peace and privacy from the public as the divorce proceedings continue. Amy previously pushed back against the restraining order, telling Us Weekly, “Dwight is pulling any string of retaliation to cover up another one of his many wrongdoings. The protective order is completely false. Because I did not lie to the police when Dwight asked me to the day his daughter was removed by CPS, Dwight is reaching low to retaliate in an attempt to silence me.” If you recall, Dwight filed for divorce last month after Amy claimed his daughter had been taken by Child Protective Services. She also accused him of having a serious dr*g problem.
