In their latest round of allegations, Drew claims their marital home is in serious financial trouble and could be headed toward foreclosure due to her estranged husband. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Drew says Ralph has fallen significantly behind on the mortgage, with an alleged past-due balance of $25,251.07. She also claims that, despite a court order outlining his financial responsibilities, the missed payments were “intentional and willful.” Drew is now asking the court to hold him in contempt and impose a $1,000 fine.

Ralph, however, has firmly denied Drew’s claims, insisting the home is not at risk of foreclosure and that he is not behind on payments. He has asked the court to reject her request for sanctions. This latest development comes shortly after a judge ordered Drew to vacate the home by May 31. While she tried to challenge the ruling, arguing she and her oldest son could face homelessness due to a lack of funds to relocate, the court ultimately upheld its decision.
