An X account tried to stir things up by posting edited images from an auction site, claiming Cardi had put her #Birkin bags up for sale. The post read, “former pole dancer and rapper turned influencer [Cardi] is selling her birkins. This follows after her self-funded tour made no profits and her label went up for sale.”

But the internet did what it does best — fact-check. A fan account dedicated to the “Up” rapper tracked down the original listing and proved it had zero connection to #Cardi. Sliding into the replies with confusion (and a little heat), Cardi responded, “What made them start these random *ss lies ? Did something happened? I’m soo confused?”

When another supporter joked she’d start driving for Uber before letting go of her prized Hermès collection, #Cardi made it crystal clear: “I got all of my 40 Hermes bags who the f*ck said I was sellin my sh*t?”
