[UPDATE] “The Hills” Reality Star Spencer Pratt Drops To 3rd Place In L.A. Mayor’s Race, No Longer Expected To Face Karen Bass In Runoff
Reality TV personality #SpencerPratt’s bid for Los Angeles mayor has taken a significant hit.
After briefly holding second place in the June 2 primary, Pratt has slipped to third behind incumbent Mayor #KarenBass and City Council member Nithya Raman. With mail-in ballots still being counted nearly a week after election day, Decision Desk HQ projected Raman as the winner of the second runoff spot, meaning she and Bass are expected to face off in November.
Many are celebrating the shifting vote count, with some even calling out celebrities who allegedly backed Pratt’s campaign. One person on Threads wrote, “Spencer Pratt lost? Somebody check on #JheneAiko and Big Sean.” Speaking on Pratt’s promise to move if he lost, another person added, “If you voted for Spencer Pratt, I think you should leave LA too. Follow your leader.”
