Diddy’s Rep Calls New Lawsuit From Man Claiming Music Mogul S3xually A$$aulted Him As A Minor False & Ridiculous
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another lawsuit.
A man filing as John Doe claims the music mogul s3xually a$$aulted him when he was a minor, using the promise of career opportunities as a way in. According to court documents, the plaintiff was already a working child actor when he was invited to a Hollywood Hills party in 2007, billed as a networking event. It was there that he says he met #Diddy, who pulled him aside under the pretense of discussing career opportunities. Once alone, the man claims Diddy made inappropriate physical contact before allegedly performing oral s3x on him, despite the plaintiff expressing that he was uncomfortable. Afterward, Diddy allegedly told him he would keep him in mind for future opportunities, then left him alone in the room. The man says he left the party shortly after, in shock. He is suing Diddy along with agents he claims had a duty to protect him, seeking unspecified damages.
Diddy’s rep Juda Engelmayer came out swinging in response, telling TMZ: “The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never s3xually a$$aulted anyone — and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”
