President Trump Reportedly Not Expected To Attend NBA Finals Game 4 Following Backlash From Knicks Fans
Looks like the #Knicks may be getting their mojo back.
According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, #PresidentTrump is not expected to attend Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday (June 10). The news comes after his Game 3 appearance at Madison Square Garden brought a wave of controversy and backlash. Heightened security measures forced fans, media, and workers to arrive early and pass through TSA-style screenings, while a several-block radius around MSG was blocked off, causing major congestion throughout the area.
To make matters worse, the Knicks went on to lose to the #Spurs — a result many, including Stephen A. Smith, pinned on Trump. Still, it’s unclear whether the backlash played any role in his decision, as reports say his absence from the next game is tied to prior scheduling commitments.
#TJBCrew, with Trump’s attendance off the table for Game 4, do you think New York will have a chance to get back to business and push for a commanding 3-1 series lead???
