Marcellus Wiley has broken his silence.

The former #NFL star is pushing back on allegations from his wife, Annemarie Wiley, after she filed for divorce and was granted a temporary restraining order against him. In a statement posted to X, Wiley said, “I love my children with everything I am. My highest priority has always been protecting them and preserving the relationship they have with both of their parents.” He also said, “Because of the public allegations made against me by Annemarie, I have been forced to respond with evidence rather than emotion.” Wiley cast himself as the one being wronged, claiming his wife cursed his family with a “voodoo spell” and had had “an affair with her pregnant friend’s husband.” On top of that, he suggested that she “lost her mind” after her exit from #RHOBH.

The statement follows a judge’s decision to grant Annemarie’s domestic violence restraining order, which bars #MarcellusWiley from contacting her or their three children, requires him to move out of their Encino home, and currently gives Annemarie sole custody. It also comes days after Wiley’s arrest on suspicion of domestic violence tied to an alleged incident at a Florida hotel; in her filing, Annemarie accused him of a pattern of physical and s3xual abuse, including an alleged 2012 r@pe and a 2014 punch that left her with a black eye.
