ICYMI: Court documents obtained by TMZ initially showed that the reality star checked the box for Tim Leissner to have primary legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old son, Wolfe. However, an insider has since reached out to the outlet, clarifying that the filing was simply a clerical error. According to the source, Kimora has had full custody of Wolfe since things ended with Leissner back in 2020 and she has no plans of switching anything up now.

#KimoraLee is still seeking spousal support for herself, asking the court to block any support obligations to Leissner and requesting that he cover her legal fees. Leissner began serving his two-year prison sentence in February for his role in the massive $4.5 billion 1MDB embezzlement scheme.
