Judge Tied To Nolan Wells Case Threatened By California Man Who Allegedly Sent Chilling Message: ‘Not Even The FBI Can Stop This’
A California man faces a charge after authorities say he sent messages to a judge tied to Nolan Wells’ d*ath.
Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce was charged with interstate transmission of a thr*atening communication, carrying up to five years in prison. Investigators allege he used “yaeyae962” to thr*aten Judge Ashlee Cole, whose stepson Warren Hudson traveled with Wells before Wells disappeared.
One message read, “There will be a package coming to your guys office in the next few days. It’s gonna blow you away when you see it. LoL. probably best to have the boys there to see as well.”
It continued, “Blood. So much blood everywhere. Hard to clean. Especially from a boat. But yours will be quick I promise.”
Another stated, “I got all you info. Not even the FBI can stop this. Once that package is opened, the timer will start. And then you have maybe 10 seconds or less to ask God for forgiveness.”
Other messages allegedly thr*atened Cole’s sons and included photos of her children. Investigators linked the account through IP addresses. Warren denied involvement. His father, Dr. Benjamin Hudson, offered a $50,000 reward for information.
