[Update] Dolly Parton’s Manager Seeks Restraining Order Against Her Nephew Over Alleged ‘I’m A K*ller’ Thre@ts

A dispute surrounding Dolly Parton’s estate has escalated, with her longtime manager accusing the singer’s nephew of making disturbing statements about v*olence and retaliation.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, manager Danny Nozell is seeking a temporary restraining order against Bryan Seaver, who previously worked as Parton’s head of security. Nozell alleges Seaver began “invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weap*ns, and capacity for v*olence” while demanding money.

One alleged message stated, “Her money better be bigger than I can make elsewhere or I’m going to f**k everyone. I am about to become the hand of retribution for my entire family.”

Other messages allegedly included, “All I do is warfare … everyone needs to be worried about what I might do,” “I’m not an entertainment person. I’m a k*ller” and “I’m going to ratf**k every entity I can possibly conjure.”

Nozell terminated Seaver on September 15 and is asking that he stay 1,000 feet away from company offices and stop contacting business partners.

Seaver denies making thr*ats.

“I am a career soldier and military contractor and do conduct arms deals for foreign governments. I am a security professional and I am a k*ller,” he told TMZ.

“However, nothing in this lawsuit were thr*ats and most of the comments I stand by.”

Seaver said the messages were private conversations taken out of context.

“I was talking frankly in a private way with Danny who I thought was my friend and he fancies himself a gangster,” he said. “A lot of these messages are two guys having rage talk and crying on the phone together while we were grieving.”

Regarding the “rat f**k” remark, Seaver said, “I was talking about people that have done bad to dolly in business – a specific company that scared her and intimated her. Those comments were about specific, horrible business partners that have done wrong to her and I stand by that.”
