Some of entertainment’s biggest names in the gospel genre attended The Trumpet Awards.

Held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, celebrity attendees included comedian/actor Chris Tucker and actress Amber Riley, Alfre Woodard (who was an honoree) music producers Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff, Senior Vice President of Columbia TriStar Pictures Devon Franklin and his wife Meagan Good, singers Joe and Carl Thomas, SWV, gospel artist Smokie Norfel, political commentator Roland Martin and others.
