BET Honors Red Carpet: Tamar Braxton, Jennifer Hudson, Janelle Monae & More!
Stars invaded the nation’s capital for the 2014 BET Honors, hosted by Wayne Brady. The annual event honors African Americans performing at top levels in the areas of music, literature, entertainment, education and more. Held at Warner Theater Saturday (February 8th), honorees included Aretha Franklin and Motown founder Berry Gordy . Actor/director/rapper Ice Cube and American Express CEO Ken Chenault, along with photographer and video artist Carrie Mae Weems received tributes at the event. Performances this year included Mariah Carey, Jennifer Hudson, Janelle Monae, Tamar Braxton, Smokey Robinson and Karen Clarke Sheard. Check out who we spotted on the red carpet.
