[Photos] BET Hip Hop Awards Red Carpet: NeYo, Mc Lyte, 2 Chainz, Lil Mama, Common & More
On Saturday (September 20th), BET hosted its annual Hip Hop Awards.
Hosted by Snoop at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center; the network celebrated the biggest names in hip hop including nine performances, five cyphers, which included, for the first time ever, a live cypher performance on stage. As you can guess, one of our favorite parts of the show was the ‘green’ carpet.
As expected, talent’s taste in fashion varied. Black (worn by Lil Mama, Wendy Raquel Robinson, Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris) ruled the carpet, with celebs opting for leather (Kandi Burruss, 2 Chainz) and denim (NeYo, T.I.).
