theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports Ciara (real name Ciara Princess Harris) just took a L, in the real estate department. The 29-year-old artist recently unloaded her fancy Georgia condo for a loss of $160k.

The “Body Party” singer sold off her swanky ATL condo on January 20th, at the selling price of $520k. So what’s the big deal? The only issue is, she reportedly purchased the pad back in 2006 for $680k — a loss of $160k.
