A few fans of Kim Kardashian-West got the surprise of their life, when the reality TV star flew them in to spend her birthday with her. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star spent part of her weekend celebrating her birthday with a few of her die hard fans. Kim flew in ALL of her fans that she follows on social media and had a fun-filled birthday brunch with them. She shared her excitement writing on Twitter:
