Shawty Lo’s Casket Brought to Strip Club
On Friday, fans, celebrities and family paid tribute to rapper Shawty Lo (real name Carlos Walker) at his wake, held at Mount Carmel Baptist Church. After the wake, Shawty Lo’s hearse was taken to popular strip club, Blue Flame Lounge. See the clips.

As previously reported, the 40-year-old rapper died last week in a fiery car crash off Interstate 285. Police report that he was ejected from a 2016 Audi, after the vehicle struck a trees, overturned and burst into flames. Two of the passengers Destini Carter and Deshondria Miller escaped the wreckage.
Shawty Lo was a hip hop recording artist from Moultrie, Georgia. He was a founding member of the Southern hip hop group D4L and in 2003, founded D4L Records. He was best known for his debut single “Dey Know”, which was included on his solo debut album Units in the City, released in February 2008. In June 2011, Walker announced he had signed his D4L imprint to 50 Cent’s subsidiary label G-Unit South Records, in a joint venture deal.
His funeral is scheduled for today and is open to the public.
He reportedly leaves behind 11 children.
