Lala Anthony: “My family & God is my strength”
The speculation surrounding just how La La Anthony is handling the split from her NBA baller husband Carmelo Anthony continues. The former MTV VJ turned actress has yet to speak publicly about the situation, but recently explained where exactly she finds her strength these days.
My family. My family is my strength. My family and God is my strength. That’s where I’ve always found my strength my entire life, so now would be no different.
Earlier this month, she attended the MET gala, and when asked whether she was doing ok since her split she stated,
Everything’s going, everything’s going, you know. Things happen.
As previously reported, the pair split after 7 years of marriage.
They share a 10-year-old son, Kiyan. It is rumored that Carmelo impregnated another woman, named Mia Burks. Neither have filed for divorce. Carmelo has yet to comment.
