R.Kelly Admits He Can’t Read, Was Molested As A Kid, Not Having Money + Cult Rumors On “Admit It” [New Music]
R.Kelly is baring all in a new 19 minute track called ‘Admit It’. On the song, R.Kelly is addressing all types of controversy surrounding his life. He confesses that he was can’t read, was molested as a child and even tip toes around the sex cult rumors that he’s been plagued with singing:
What’s the definition of a cult?/ What’s the definition of a sex slave? / Go to the dictionary, look it up / Let me know I’ll be here waiting.
At one point, he even appears to deny abuse allegations singing:
Say I’m abusing these women. What the f*ck? That’s some absurd shit. They brainwashed, really? Kidnapped, really? Can’t eat, really? Real talk that shit sounds silly.
He also alludes to having financial difficulties singing:
The only reason I stay on tour, is ’cause I gotta pay my rent / I never thought it would come to this, to be the most disrespected artist.
The track also references Wendy Williams and the late Aaliyah.
